guidance on master data requirements, governance standards, and business impacts\nSupport audits and compliance activities by providing master data expertise and documentation\nContinuous Improvement :\nExperience\nMinimum 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management\nStrong understanding of Material Master processes and data governance principles\nExperience working within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or supply chain environment\nBackground in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, or related disciplines is preferred\nTechnical Skills\nHands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA\nStrong knowledge of SAP MM and SAP MDG modules\nExperience with data quality tools, reporting, and dashboard solutions\nAdvanced Excel and data analysis skills\nCompetencies\nAbility to influence stakeholders through expertise and credibility\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset\nExcellent communication and stakeholder
