You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain data management solutions that drive informed decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and increase business values. This will be achieved by the following:\nCollaborate with key stakeholders, MDM specialists, and IT (Information Technology) teams to understand master data management (MDM) platform requirements, quality standards, and integration needs.\nDesign and implement MDM platform capabilities to ensure master data ingress / egress, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.\nMaintain legacy and upcoming MDM platforms at Sanofi including but not limited to Semarchy, Informatica, AWS, Oracle RDS, MS SQL Server and JSON APIs.\nConduct support operations for AWS account management, GitHub, Redis and other platforms\nManage and optimize data integration processes using tools to ensure seamless data flow between various systems and platforms.\nPerform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to identify and rectify data quality issues.\nCreate and maintain documentation for MDM platforms\nParticipate in data migration projects, ensuring successful data transfers between different systems and platforms.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to implement data pipelines, automate data workflows, and ensure continuous integration and deployment.\nUtilize programming skills in Python for data manipulation and transformation tasks.\nMonitor data quality and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure optimal data management.\nExcellent communication skills\nStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to master data management, cloud computing, and data integration.\nAbout you\nKey Functional Requirements & Qualifications:\nSolid understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality best practices.\nProficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration workflows\nPrior experience in data migration and data governance projects is desirable.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools, enabling seamless integration and deployment of data solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying data anomalies and quality issues.\nExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nProven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in learning and adopting new technologies, frameworks and platforms. \nRelevant certifications in data management, cloud computing, or related fields are a plus.\nKey Technical Requirements & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any other related fields.
