Our Budapest Hub has been recognized for workplace excellence, innovation, and our commitment to putting people first.\nAbout the role\nThe Organizations Master Data Management Expert is responsible for governing and managing organization management in Workday, ensuring data integrity, and supporting organizational structure initiatives across Sanofi's global operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and maintain all hierarchical structures within Workday, including but not limited to finance metadata, custom organizations\n\nConfigure Cost Center and Company Hierarchy’s in Workday for non-integrated ERP systems\n\nIdentifies, communicates and executes Continuous Improvement plan for the Organization Hierarchy Data\n\nBuilt and Own the governance on Organization management processes, overseeing supervisory organization structures and ensuring alignment with evolving business needs\n\nLead, Implement and Govern large scale Company reorganization activities related to acquisitions, divestitures, or internal restructuring initiatives in Workday\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Real estate and IT, to provide guidance on Workday data management best practices\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives for organization management processes and data quality\n\nEnsure compliance with data governance policies and standards\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation for organization management processes and procedures\n\nAct as Level 3 expert and provide expert-level support for organization-related issues and inquiries\n\nKnowledge management through the team and the development of HRS to ensure a high level of support (documentation, knowledge sharing…), contribution to knowledge transfer and education of first and second levels of support (Employee Contact Center, P&C Partners, HR Data Management teams…).\n\nEnsuring compliance with common data standards eg. GDPR to ensure governance within HRS tool\n\nAbout You\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.\n\nExperience: 10 years of experience managing Workday core HCM, with a focus on organization management\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in data management, HRIS, or related fields\n\nStrong technical and configurational expertise in Workday, including proficiency in OrgStudio and other relevant tools\n\nCertification: Workday HCM Pro certification is required\n\nAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems\n\nRelationship Management - Determines the strategic vision and direction.
