Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain Responsibilities\nDrive the design of conceptual data models for analytical reporting and talk-to-data solutions that enable meaningful patient insights.\nImplement and maintain data security best practices across all systems, ensuring protection of sensitive patient information.\nGuide development teams toward industry best practices and standards for data integration, quality, and governance.\nConduct periodic code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with established standards.\nProvide DevOps enablement skills and support CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.\nDesign, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using IICS, Snowflake, AWS, and other relevant technologies.\nEnsure strict compliance with Data Privacy regulations, Patient Data Security protocols, GDPR requirements, and other regulatory frameworks including data residency requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, IT, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.\nOptimize system performance and troubleshoot complex data integration issues.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration solutions.\nSupport data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.\nParticipate in architecture reviews and technical planning sessions to align integration strategies with business objectives.\nMonitor and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously improve data integration capabilities.\nDevelop and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of integrated data.\nAbility to drive Drive Data Mesh adoption to empower business domains with decentralized data ownership while ensuring interoperability and governance at scale.\nDeploy enterprise-grade agentic solutions using Snowflake Cortex to enable self-service analytics through conversational AI, natural language data exploration, and intelligent query assistance.\n Good to have: Design multi-agent architectures incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval-augmented generation, vector embeddings, agent orchestration frameworks, and observability tools for enterprise-grade autonomous AI solutions.\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or similar roles.\nExpert-level proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Python, Snowflake, and AWS cloud services and architecture.\nStrong understanding of data security principles and implementation of security best practices.\nComprehensive knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR and healthcare data protection requirements.\nExperience with data residency requirements and cross-border data transfer regulations.\nProficiency in SQL and database design principles.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to influence senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder environments.\nAdvanced skills in Agile delivery, product collaboration, compliance, and digital strategy.\nFluent in English;
