People Services teams work closely with People & Culture, Legal, Digital Services, CoE Business Partners, Workplace Experience, Purchases & Invoice, Payroll Partners and People Services front line teams in local countries and regions.\nReporting to the People Services Manager International Permanent Moves, you will act as the key contact for employees and both internal and external stakeholders within your scope, guiding them through the international mobility journey in alignment with Sanofi's International Permanent Resident policy and related guidelines.\nIn this Senior role, you will provide expert support across a wide range of topics, including relocation services, immigration, international mobility packages, and corporate policy application. Your role will be instrumental in anticipating challenges, facilitating informed decision-making, and ensuring that every aspect of the mobility experience is both seamless and meaningful.\nMain responsibilities\nEnd-to-End IPM Coordination - Coordinate and oversee the complete international permanent move process across defined geographies, acting as project manager responsible for the entire process as outlined in the Global Operating Model\nStakeholder Management - Lead and actively manage relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including employees, People & Culture, People Services in home and host countries, global relocation vendors, and legal representatives\nCase Management & Documentation - Monitor, track and document the full lifecycle of each international permanent move case in AssignmentPro, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records and data quality at every stage\nIssue Resolution & Escalation - Identify, address and escalate operational issues/gaps to ensure timely and effective resolution, while ensuring compliance with Sanofi's International Permanent Moves policy and the Global Operating Model\nEmployee Support & Experience - Provide Level 2 support for complex sub-processes, manage and redirect employee queries via ServiceNow, and maintain a strong focus on delivering a supportive, positive and compliant employee experience throughout the move\nProject Contribution & Continuous Improvement - Contribute to IPM-related projects, drive strategic initiatives and transformation efforts, champion continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities and proposing process developments\nKnowledge Transfer & Collaboration - Participate in training and meetings to share knowledge and best practices, assist in process transitions by working closely with local teams and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer\nSenior Leadership & Mentoring - Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, demonstrate deep expertise as a subject matter expert and escalation point, and take the lead in managing end-to-end initiatives in alignment with the global strategic roadmap\nAudit & Compliance Support - Support audit requests by providing accurate documentation and insights, ensuring readiness and adherence to all related sub-processes and regulatory requirements\nAbout you\nExperience\nGraduate or Master's degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience\nFirst hands-on experience in an HR Services role, preferably in an international multicultural environment\nSignificant experience in global mobility management, demonstrating a deep understanding of international assignment processes, policies, and best practices\nPreferred industry experience in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, finance, consulting, or other highly regulated and complex environments\nSkills:\nBroad understanding of HR processes, including payroll\nAwareness of data privacy rules (GDPR) and commitment to maintaining confidentiality\nStrong problem-solving, deductive and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn and develop further\nDeep expertise in global mobility management and international assignment processes\nComputer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems, e.g. Workday & ServiceNow, AssignmentPro\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced level proficiency in Excel (essential)\nSelf-motivated & result-driven, with strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality services\nStrong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner\nTeam player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindset\nOrganized and structured to efficiently manage priorities and workflow, attentive to detail and works with precision\nEducation\nGraduate or Master's degree in HR, business administration or equivalent experience\nLanguage:\nStrong English language knowledge (min.
