This position offers a unique opportunity to work on an ambitious and cutting-edge project focused on the discovery and engineering of 2-in-1 antibodies for the development of innovative therapeutic antibodies.\nThis is a complex and challenging project that will require strong scientific autonomy, versatility across multiple methodologies, and excellent collaborative skills in a cross-functional environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeveloping and implementing state-of-the-art technological methods for innovative antibody discovery using display technologies (phage display and/or yeast display)\nEngineer and optimize 2-in-1 bispecific antibody formats for therapeutic applications\nPerform biochemical and biophysical characterization of antibody candidates\nEstablishing robust and transferable methodologies, ready to be deployed in support of therapeutic areas\nConduct high-throughput screening and analyze large datasets with strong analytical rigor\nWork in close collaboration with cross-functional teams\nPresent findings internally and contribute to publications and/or patent filings\nEnsuring seamless integration of these new methods into the existing discovery pipeline\nRequired Profile\nPhD in Protein Engineering or a related field\nIndustrial experience would be an asset\nDemonstrated expertise in antibody discovery and/or engineering\nStrong hands-on experience with display technologies (phage display and/or yeast display)\nSolid knowledge of screening methodologies and biochemistry techniques\nBilingual: digitally fluent, and experimental mindset\nStrong data analysis skills and ability to draw meaningful scientific conclusions\nAbility to work autonomously while being a strong team player\nExperience in cross-functional collaboration is a plus\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in English\nWhat We Offer\nA stimulating scientific environment within a world-leading biopharmaceutical company\nAccess to state-of-the-art technologies and platforms\nOpportunities to contribute to innovative therapeutic programs\nA collaborative and inclusive team culture\nPursue progress, discover extraordinary\nBetter is out there.
