Ready to get started?\nMain responsibilities\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring clear milestones, risks, and dependencies are managed effectively.\nCoordinate stakeholders across global teams, local affiliates, and external partners to drive alignment and timely decision-making.\nManage project governance activities, including status reporting, meeting facilitation, action tracking, and executive updates.\nCreate and maintain project dashboards, presentations, SharePoint sites, and other tools that provide visibility into project progress.\nSupport operational activities, including vendor coordination, contracting processes, budget tracking, and administrative workflows.\nIdentify risks and opportunities proactively, escalating issues and recommending solutions to maintain delivery timelines.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote effective ways of working across the SILC organization.\nAbout you\nExperienceExperience managing complex projects in a global, matrixed organization.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.\nExperience delivering cross-functional initiatives and driving stakeholder engagement.\nPrevious experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, consulting, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.\n\nSoft SkillsStrong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.\nProactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.\n\nTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.\nExperience with project management and reporting tools, including Power BI or equivalent solutions.\nComfortable leveraging digital and AI-enabled productivity tools.\n\nEducation: College or university graduate.
