As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to these global operations, supported by experienced team members who are committed to your learning and development.\nMain Responsibilities\nThe overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:\nThe Project Specialist Intern will assist in liaising with relevant Business Partners, local team members, and Country Medical Leads to support appropriate HCP data transfer to the Tiering system. The intern will support quality checks on collected data, learn to assess HCP and non-HCP tiering documents under supervision, assist in compiling reports, and help identify process and system improvements.\nPeople\nBuild relationships with internal peers and stakeholders within the allocated geography\nParticipate in connects with FMV leads and local country medical teams\nFinancial and Reporting\nAssist in preparing monitoring and verification reports as per agreed timelines and quality standards\nSupport data quality assessment under guidance, including identifying abnormalities in monitored data\nLearn customer engagement and scientific external expert reporting processes\nProcess\nSupport management of requests within the centralized mailbox/request platform, helping to prioritize based on business need\nParticipate in process training and learn tools used locally\nAssist in analyzing expert credentials and expertise under supervision to support tier level determination\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned\nAbout You\nExperience: Currently enrolled student or recent graduate; prior internship or project experience in pharma/life sciences is a plus but not required\nSoft Skills: Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, ability to work in a team environment, basic analytical and problem-solving skills\nTechnical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)\nEducation: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (B Pharm / M Pharm preferred)\nLanguages: Good knowledge of English and Chinese (spoken and written)\nWhat You'll Gain\nHands-on experience in pharmaceutical business operations within a global organization\nExposure to global tiering processes and HCP data management practices\nMentorship and guidance from experienced team members throughout your internship\nOpportunity to develop stakeholder management, analytical, and project coordination skills\nPursue progress, discover extraordinary\nBetter is out there.
