Dit met als doel de lab activiteiten zo optimaal mogelijk te laten verlopen met hoge focus op kwaliteit.\nTot de hoofdverantwoordelijkheden van de Quality Control Training Coördinator behoren:\n· Aanspreekpersoon voor de volledige QC organisatie\n· Geven van trainingen in classroom setting en praktische trainingen in de verschillende QC labo’s.\no voor nieuwe medewerkers\no hertraining in kader van deviaties\no op aanvraag\no voor periodieke herkwalificaties\n· Ontwikkelen en uitschrijven van theoretische en on-the-job trainingen\n· Monitoren van de kwaliteit en effectiviteit van gegeven trainingen; bijsturen en aanpassen van de trainingsaanpak waar nodig\n· Verantwoordelijk voor mee uitwerken role-based leerplan (samen met L&D)\n· Verlenen van advies omtrent training en voorstellen/uitwerken optimalisaties\n· Skill matrix opvolging van de verschillende QC groepen\n· Nauwe samenwerking met L&D\nAbout you\nGezien de inhoud van deze functie zijn we op zoek naar volgend profiel:\nVertrouwd met operationele activiteiten binnen het labo\nCommunicatief zeer vaardig en vertrouwd met opleidingsmethoden voor volwassenen\nSterk in organisatie en planning\nCreatief en zin voor initiatief\nZelfstandig en gestructureerd\nGewoon om voor een publiek te spreken, dit publiek te boeien en met dit publiek te interageren\nVloeiend in Nederlands en Engels\nWhy choose us?\nWerken in een high-tech omgeving\nGebruik maken van verschillende opleidingsmogelijkheden\nWerken in een toffe, collegiale sfeer\nKiezen voor een dynamische sector met groeiperspectieven\nPursue Progress.
