You will oversee method, process and cleaning validation, equipment qualification and calibration, and laboratory self-inspection programs. You will also coach and develop your team, so that every analysis supports the safe, reliable supply of medicines to patients.\nMain responsibilities\nOversee process, method and cleaning validation activities, making sure protocols and reports meet quality standards and deadlines\nSupervise analytical method validation, analytical transfers and the implementation of validation plans\nManage the annual qualification and calibration plan for laboratory equipment, including a semi-annual review of how well it is working\nLead preventive maintenance and technical compliance for laboratory data systems, including user access and audit requirements\nRun monthly quality and safety self-inspections across the labs and report findings to the QC Manager\nSupport quality-related investment planning, including technical specifications, supplier comparisons and equipment ordering and receipt\nLead and develop the validation team, setting annual priorities and individual development plans, and train new analysts on good laboratory and documentation practices\nAbout you\nBachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or a related science field\n5+ years of relevant experience in quality control validation or compliance, ideally within a multinational company\nSolid knowledge of GMP and GLP quality practices\nStrong leadership, organization and planning skills, with a sense of urgency\nClear communication and interpersonal skills, and good command of English\nGood computer skills and familiarity with modern instrumental analysis techniques\nPursue progress, discover extraordinary\nBetter is out there.
