Depending on project, training and business needs, additional on-site presence may sometimes be required.\nAbout the job\nAs a Quality Excellence Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting projects that help strengthen quality culture and continuous improvement across the site.\nYou’ll work alongside experienced colleagues on a variety of quality-focused activities, from improvement projects and quality systems to training and audit readiness. This is an opportunity to build your project, communication and problem-solving skills while gaining an understanding of how quality is embedded within a healthcare manufacturing environment.\nYou don’t need to already be a quality expert. At Sanofi, you’ll be empowered to learn, ask questions, and bring your ideas to life - all while supported by inspiring mentors and collaborative teams.\nMain responsibilities:\nSupport quality and continuous improvement projects, helping to coordinate activities, track actions and keep projects moving forward.\nContribute to quality issue investigations by supporting root cause analysis and helping identify appropriate improvement and preventive actions.\nWork with production and other teams across the site to support process improvements and quality initiatives.\nSupport the introduction and use of new quality systems, tools and ways of working.\nHelp monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, maintain project records and prepare progress updates for stakeholders.\nSupport quality culture, training and audit-readiness activities, including helping to coordinate sessions and follow up on agreed actions.\nPrepare presentations, trackers, reports and other project materials, while proactively looking for opportunities to support the wider team.\nAbout you\nTo excel in this role you will need to have:\nBe a current university student who will return to university after completing the internship.\nAn interest in quality, continuous improvement and project work.
