From learning new digital systems to turning information into clear and useful data, this internship will give you practical exposure to how Quality teams operate within a global healthcare organisation. At Sanofi, you’ll be empowered to learn, ask questions, and bring your ideas to life - all while supported by inspiring mentors and collaborative teams.\nMain responsibilities:\nSupport Quality improvement projects related to the management of third-party and supplier information.\nReview information across different systems and data sources to help identify missing, incomplete or inconsistent data.\nHelp maintain and update quality information within internal systems, including QualiPSO.\nSupport the review, processing, approval and implementation of third-party change notifications.\nWork with Excel and other digital tools to organise, consolidate and present information in a clear and structured way.\nConnect with internal colleagues and, where required, external suppliers to gather missing information and support accurate record keeping.\nHighlight potential gaps, delays or issues identified during your work and collaborate with the team to help resolve them.\nAbout you\nTo excel in this role you will need to have:\nBe a current university student who will return to university after completing the internship.\nAn interest in developing your knowledge and experience within Quality. Relevant areas of study may include Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Chemistry, Microbiology or another related scientific discipline.\nGood attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with information and data.\nBasic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, and confidence learning new digital tools and systems such as QualiPSO.\nThe ability to organise your work, take ownership of tasks and work independently when needed.\nGood communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to ask questions, share observations and raise potential issues.\nA willingness to learn and work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.\nAbout Sanofi\nWe’re an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth.
