We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the patients and families we serve, and we accomplish our goals through world-class research and with the compassion and commitment of our employees.\nAs we continue to transform the practice of medicine, the next chapter of Sanofi’s Play to Win strategy will require a focus on delivering transformation and simplification of our core processes, optimizing resource allocation and deployment to fuel business growth and investment in science.\nTo facilitate this transformation, a new Business Operations Business Unit is being established, bringing together existing business service activities, and driving further expansion of centralized services at scale into a global unit, with a focus on driving simplification, efficiency, and productivity.\nThis new Business Unit will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization, incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D, M&S, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement and People & Culture.\nReporting to the S2P Operational Strategy and Excellence Lead Hyderabad, the S2P Digital Process Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the development, execution, and transformation of Sanofi’s Source to Pay strategy. This role will directly involve ensuring the success of all S2P Initiatives involving Hyderabad S2P Global Service Delivery. This role also involves the development, governance S2P process in BPO and Hyderabad service delivery, supporting process standardization, optimization, and improvement initiatives across the organization's global operations. A significant part of this role will also involve BPO governance to make sure highest efficiency, CPIs, KPIs around S2P are met. In terms of collaboration and partnership, this role involves working closely with regional and local teams and BPO to meet Sanofi agreed S2P CPI/ KPI and in the process identify, develop, and implement best practices that further enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency of processes across S2P and integration with the rest of processes in S2P.\nMain Responsibilities:\nProcess:\nProvide input to GPL on improvement in S2P.\nPromote standardized and harmonized ways of working in BPO with alignment to Core Model.\nSupport the implementation of Core Model deployment in regions and monitor Core Model gaps.\nReview and propose changes to Core Model design documents to enhance continuous improvement, compliance, efficiency, and user experience.\nRecommend change requests and exceptions to the Core Model for approval/rejection.\nContribute to updating desktop procedures and processing documentation.\nTechnology / Solution:\nSupport launches and use of digital solutions and new process technologies (e.g., Coupa Module, Concur, SAP, Agentic AI).\nWork closely with Global Process Lead to improve core model process and feedback improvement.\nIdentify market trends, benchmarks, and best-in-class solutions to improve operational processes.\nProvide options to improve solution usage, user experience, and automation as part of continuous improvement.\nStrong proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, Basic SQL, and Python to support data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.\nAbility to design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.\nExperience in Data Analytics and dashboard development, translating business requirements into actionable insights and technology-driven solutions.\nContinuous Improvement Management:\nAssist in executing core model improvement initiatives.\nContribute to project timelines, risks, issues, and escalations.\nEnsure appropriate documentation is maintained and the continuous improvement process is followed.\nInform stakeholders about process changes and benefits.\nAct with a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.\nSupport S2P quality initiatives.\nStakeholder Management & Governance:\nBPO management ensuring service delivery, core model and compliance.\nHandling escalation from business and provide guidance to BPO in the process.\nResolve BPO challenge and provide insight to neighbouring partners to avoid similar challenges. \nInvolve stakeholders for project governance / incident / request / process resolution.\nProvide process expertise to stakeholders either ad-hoc or during stakeholder meetings.\nEnsure stakeholders are informed of the outcomes whenever required.\nEnsure Internal control and compliance requirements are embedded in process designs.\nPerformance Reporting:\nWorking with GPL and contribute to the KPI/DQI/metrics definition and propose improvements if required.\nSupport implementation of KPIs in respective regions.\nMonitor and review BPO reporting performance.\nAbout you:\nRequired\nBachelor’s or similar degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nProven experience (5+ year) in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay process ownership role.\nDemonstrated experience in process optimization, standardization, and change management.\nAdditional certifications in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage. \nStrong understanding of S2P processes at scale in a global context.\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nStrategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.\nEffective communicator with the ability to influence driving adoption of standardized S2P processes.\nFluent in English (spoken and written).\nAbility to travel when required approximately 10% of the time.\nPreferred\nExperience in implementing source-to-pay technology solutions (e.g., e-procurement, spend analytics).\nInternational experience working with diverse cultures and global teams.\nExperience in working and managing
