Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally.\nMain responsibilities:\nThe developer role regroups several responsibilities which can be summarized as below:\nDesign, develop, test, and validate Python web-based application using Plotly Dash framework\nUse pandas for data manipulation, cleaning, transformation, and analysis, so that interactive Dash dashboards run on well-structured, reliable data\nApply HTML and CSS to structure and style dashboard pages, using Dash's HTML components and external stylesheets for a refined, user-friendly interface\nManage source code and track changes using Git and GitHub, including branching, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews\nWorking knowledge of AWS cloud services for deploying and scaling is preferred\nEffectively communicates with developers to ensure optimal organization and application of programming best practices\nWorks in collaboration with stakeholders to clarify expectation on business case\nTranslates those requirements into actionable specifications\nCreates meaningful data visualization that enable informed decision making\nPerforms all QCs prior to release\nEnsures maintenance and documentation of program developed\nPeople:\nMaintain effective relationship with internal peers and the end stakeholders. Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in global and local teams to understand their requirements. Co-ordinating and performing QC Activities\nPerformance:\nProvide monitoring reports, verification reports as per agreed timelines and quality. Data Quality assessment: Identify abnormalities in the data monitored and develop report as per regulatory requirements.\nStakeholder:\nWork closely with global teams to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery on time.\nProcess:\nThe incumbent will collaborate with the tactical simulation team and with transversal team (e.g., BSM, digital team) to establish connection with data, software and webapp developed.\nAbout you\nExperience:\n5+ years of development in Python.\nProven experience in web application development using Python and Plotly dash\nSkilled in data processing and transformation using pandas.\nHands-on experience working with GitHub, including managing repositories, version control, pull requests, and collaborating with development teams on code workflows\nExperience in a Pharma/Biotech company to understand overall R&D drug development.\nExperience in planning and capacity management for understanding requirements and work efficiently on the specifications would be a plus.\nTechnical skills:\nAdvanced proficiency in developing web applications with code-based frameworks such as Plotly Dash.\nStrong command of Python libraries, particularly pandas, for data manipulation.\nProficient in HTML and CSS for structuring and styling dashboard pages, using Dash's HTML components and external stylesheets for a refined, user-friendly appearance\nProven notions in Agile Methodology.\nAttention to detail for trouble shooting issues and ensuring data accuracy in Data visualization.\n Soft skills:\nAnalytical, synthesis and reporting skills.\nTeamwork and transversal collaboration, strong networking skills.\nRigor, quality mindset. Ability to identify problems and creative problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills (written and oral) to collaborate and understand the requirements and expectations from the stakeholders and for presenting deliverables and recommendations to stakeholders. Pragmatism, agility, autonomy, adaptability, curiosity, culture of sharing.\nEducation: Master's degree or Engineer in Data Science, Informatics, Mathematics and/or Statistics\nLanguages: Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills - written and spoken\nPursue progress, discover extraordinary.\nBetter is out there.
