Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Global.\nMain responsibilities:\nEstablish, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies for Medical Analytics operations.\nEnsure reporting on Project Management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines.\nEnsure on time and accurate delivery of all analytics and dashboard requirement by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure Apps, dashboards and solutions are developed and maintained as per requirements.\nMonitor adherence to governance protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport audit readiness and participate in internal/external audits as required.\nResponsible for access management of all applications.\nEnsuring data consistency across all applications.\nPro-actively identifying analytical and application requirements.\nCoordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.\nProviding training on analytical tools and usage.\nBuilding advance tools and automate or improve processes for analytical and other needs.\nPeople:\nMaintain effective relationship with internal peers and stakeholders.\nLiaise and coordinate with colleagues in global and local teams to understand their requirements.\nCo-ordinating and performing QC Activities ensuring highest standards of delivery.\nPerformance:\nBuild and maintain apps, dashboards and automated solutions as per agreed timelines and quality.\nData Quality assessment: Identify abnormalities in the data monitored and develop report as per regulatory requirements.\nSmart solutions by leveraging technology in most optimized way.\nStakeholder:\nWork closely with global teams to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery on time and maintaining a cordial relation with them.\nProcess:\nEnsure on time and accurate delivery of all IT solutions requirements.\nEnsure data quality and consistency are maintained throughout the lifecycle of tracker/dashboard.\nPro-actively identifying analytical requirements.\nAssist in managing medical plans in project management system.\nReporting and follow ups on Project Management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines\nUnderstanding IT solutions requirement of all relevant stakeholders and develop solution accordingly\nContinuously exploring the new features and add on, assess different tools to improve the overall performance in a cost-effective way\nManaging access for IT Solutions.\nDeveloping SOPs for dashboards and other IT solutions.\nAbout you\nExperience: Minimum of 6+ years' experience with analytical tools such as Power Platform(Power BI, Power Apps & Power Automate), Python, SQL, Snowflake, Advance Excel\nSoft skills: Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and experience working in a global context\nTechnical skills:\nStrong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously\nWorking experience of using analytical tools like Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Power Apps, Python, Snowflake & advanced excel.\nExperience of developing and managing applications and dashboards\nExcellent planning, design, project management and documentation skills\nExpertise of understanding and working with large set of data\nEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, pharma or related field\nLanguages: Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills - written and spoken.\nPursue progress, discover extraordinary\nBetter is out there.
