Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain responsibilities:\nMember of a team consisting of EM Technicians.\nMaintain and support EM Team to ensure appropriate skillsets are achieved and maintained to support production needs.\nSupport ESUM cycle times to meet product batch release schedules including investigating discrepancies found in the batch review process.\nInitiate discussions for possible deviations by utilizing 5W2H and assist with any investigational needs.\nPerform Environmental Monitoring associated with Routine and Non-routine monitoring\nUnderstand the function of the quality group and work in an aseptic manner.\nSupport production facility in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need and effective procedures. Must be flexible to ensure staffing for changing business volume and needs.\nTrain and support new team members.\nQualified aseptic gown trainer\nAbout you\nEducation / Experience:\nMust maintain aseptic gowning and APS qualification.
