To establish end to end operation and maintenance solutions for F&U equipment and align with Industry and Digital 4.0 initiatives.\nThe mission’s scope requires a high interactive collaboration with the various best in class, vendors, Automation solution providers, consultants, and external skid vendors.\nThe Utility Technician will report to Maintenance engineer.\nKey accountabilities\nEducation and Experience\nEducation Required\nRelated Diploma or Advanced Diploma from an accredited technical institution.\nMinimum 8 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of F&U systems & pharmaceutical manufacturing plant experience.\nPrior experience in a Boiler operation with a Boiler attendant certification will be considered advantageous.\nExperience Required\nGood technical knowledge coupled with hands-on working experience in pharmaceutical/ vaccines plant engineering services.\nGood knowledge in pharmaceutical regulatory market requirements and experience in participation of Audits. E.g., - FDA, EMA, HSA & etc.,\nBasic technical report writing.\nSupport the Maintenance Engineer in annual Maintenance budget cost estimations for accurate forecast projections.\nPerform basic TT (temperature) and PT (pressure) calibrations for F&U equipment.\nPlan, Schedule and execution of Preventive maintenance with the applicable Stakeholders to ensure minimal Production impact without any over dues.\nTo lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and trouble shooting for the F&U equipment in high volume manufacturing environment.\nLead to manage the spare part requirements for the F&U equipment(s).\nStrict adherence to GMP and GDP (SOPs, PMs, CMs, etc.). Reporting any discrepancies in a timely manner.\nAbility to work in overtime requirements as necessary and will require a rotating shift pattern.\nTo perform operation and maintenance work in accordance to SOPs and maintenance/Job Plans generated from the CMMS. She/he will also be required to follow up and regularly review and closure of all the work orders in the CMMS.\nCoordinate and supervise contractors / vendors to carry out their duties to make sure maintenance services are successfully carried out.\nSkills Required\nInterpretation of electrical symbols and schematic diagrams.\nAnalysis of power supply voltages.\nHands on in mechanical maintenance procedures.\nPrinciples of electrical networking.\nCurrent Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).\nGood communication skills and ability to influence and develop external partnerships\nGood technical write up.\nAbility to lead contingent staffs, external resources, including vendors & contractors.\nGood team player willing to work for the common goal.\nOpenness to learn and adopt with new environment.\nKey Stakeholders\nAutomation, EHS, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Digital.\nGlobal Engineering Technical Services\nEPCM service providers, Vendors & Contractors.\nAutomation Solution providers\nComment details (optional - if more details are wanted)\nLocation: Singapore Mainly - Travels to additional site(s) as appropriate \nPursue progress, discover extraordinary\nBetter is out there.
