Backup Expert Contribution\nContribute as a backup expert with backup and cyber security teams globally to ensure completeness and robustness of infrastructures.\n2. Resilient Backup Solutions\nImplement resilient backup solutions to enable Sanofi's Cyber Recovery strategy.\n3. Cyber Recovery Processes\nServe as a key Backup team contributor to Cyber Recovery processes globally.\nExecute Cyber Recovery Strategy\nFacilitate the cyber recovery strategy by actively contributing to implement retained solutions\nExecute backup transformation under the supervision of the backup owner\nOptimize Backup Environment\nAutomate the backup environment with ad-hoc technologies and end-to-end automation\nKeep infrastructure up to date and reduce the support burden\nObsolescence Management\nManage obsolescence and technical debt to mitigate operational and security risk\nSecurity Posture\nMonitor the security level across different backup technologies\nAbout You\nExperience\n5+ years of direct, progressive hands-on backup management experience as a backup administrator, preferably in a large global environment\nExperience in Mass Restore & Recovery at large scale\nSoft Skills\nAutonomy and Networking\nAbility to work in a global team environment\nCollaborative team member with proven ability to assist in large, complex, and diverse services\nSelf-motivated with the ability to successfully prioritize tasks and work independently\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nThink Out of the Box\nCreative and able to challenge the status quo\nUnderstands the impact that new solutions can have on existing systems/organizations\nEngages expertise needed to solve problems\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly and integrate them into a distributed environment\nCommunication\nProven communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) in a networked organizational environment, for both Digital and non-Digital audiences\nInternational cultural awareness, respect for diversity, and ability to effectively work in a global, multi-national matrix organization\nTechnical Skills\nIn-depth understanding of backup technologies, specifically Commvault, in large-scale dispersed environments (Acronis experience is a plus)\nExpertise and knowledge of modern cloud backup technologies (Azure Backup, AWS Backup, etc.)\nExperience with Commvault for massive restore and Integrated Recovery Environments\nExperience in backup monitoring at large scale in a multi-backup tools context (preferably using Bocada and ServiceNow)\nTechnical background in digital technologies for infrastructures with strong performance, maintainability, scalability, availability, security, and accessibility requirements\nExperience in automation to enhance operations (Ansible, Terraform, Python, Commvault API, etc.)\nKnowledge of Agile frameworks to develop effectively and efficiently\n---\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience\nLanguages\nFluency in English is mandatory\nDevelopment Opportunities\nWhen mastering backup technologies, you will play a major role in backup and cyber recovery strategies - recommending, architecting, and designing new solutions to deliver stronger, better services.\nOnce you demonstrate knowledge and expertise of modern cloud technologies, you will integrate Cloud project initiatives to build and/or further integrate services, with a predominant Backup or Cyber context.\nSanofi is committed to personal development based on experience, exposure, and education, enabling you to enrich your knowledge and expertise.
