Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain responsibilities:\nStrategic Supply Chain Management\nDesign and implement supply strategies that balance service levels, inventory optimization, and cost efficiency in alignment with corporate policies.\nLead the development of mid to long-term supply plans, anticipating market trends, demand fluctuations, and capacity constraints.\nDrive strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and mitigate risks across the CMO network.\nInventory & Service Level Optimization\nMonitor and ensure optimal stock levels in accordance with current inventory policies, preventing stockouts and excess inventory situations.\nEstablish and maintain target service levels, working proactively to achieve KPIs and minimize business disruption.\nDevelop advanced analytics and forecasting models to improve demand planning accuracy and inventory turnover.\nLead cross-functional teams in developing action plans to reduce product destruction and manage materials with short shelf life.\nProcurement & Supplier Management\nManage the placement and tracking of purchase orders with CMOs, ensuring alignment with supply chain planning tools and business requirements.\nMonitor delivery fulfillment through systematic supplier performance tracking, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery compliance.\nAssess and manage risks of contractual penalties related to OTIF performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.\nEnsure CMO compliance with all contractual clauses, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport periodic reviews of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), analyzing demand patterns and optimizing parameters such as MOQ, lead times, and minimum shelf life requirements.\nNew Product Introduction & Lifecycle Management\nOversee supply chain activities for New Product Launches (NPL), ensuring timely market availability and successful commercialization.\nCollaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to develop robust supply plans for product introductions.\nFollow artwork changes and updates between CMOs and internal teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical accuracy.\nSupport product lifecycle management initiatives, including phase-ins, phase-outs, and portfolio optimization.\nPerformance Management & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for CMO performance, including OTIF, lead time compliance, and quality metrics.\nConduct monthly performance reviews with CMOs, identifying gaps, opportunities for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.\nEnsure implementation/participation in Supply Chain Projects as a KU for a period.\nCreate plans for improvement with multifunctional team, when the process is putting the business in risk.\nFunctional Leadership & Stakeholder Management (New/Enhanced)\nLead functional meetings with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Logistics, Warehousing, Commercial, and COMEX teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain visibility.\nServe as the escalation point for supply chain issues, coordinating rapid response and resolution across internal and external stakeholders.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior supply chain analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.\nRepresent Supply Chain in strategic business reviews, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with CMO leadership to drive collaboration and strategic alignment.\nRisk Management & Business Continuity\nProactively identify and assess supply chain risks (capacity constraints, quality issues, geopolitical factors) and develop mitigation strategies.\nManage crisis situations and supply disruptions, coordinating with global teams to minimize business impact.\nEnsure timely communication of quality-related supply issues to global Quality teams for escalation and resolution.\nDevelop contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies to ensure business continuity.\nCompliance, Ethics & Corporate Responsibility\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with Sanofi's Ethics and Integrity principles, policies, and codes of conduct.\nComply with and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies to prevent accidents, mitigate health risks, and reduce environmental impact.\nSupport and champion Sanofi's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring respectful treatment and equal opportunities for all employees and partners.\nEnsure all supply chain activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.\nAbout you\nExperience:\nPrevious experience in areas related to Supply Chain and Industrial.\nSoft and technical skills:\nProactive, autonomous person.\nFocused on results, advanced analytical skills (Excel), advanced interpersonal skills, team player.\nAbility to manage and support complex and simultaneous projects.\nKnowledge of forecasting activities, contact with suppliers, process of planning, scheduling and production control, besides GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and its application in the distribution chain of pharmaceutical products.\nKnowledge of the flow of information from the analysis of the demand to the availability of the final production the Distribution Center is preferred.\nEducation:\nMaster’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Logistics, Engineering or similar
