SILC brings together Strategic Launch Partnerships, Strategy & Operations, Transformation, Change Management & Communications, and Commercialization Excellence, working closely with Global Business Units, Digital teams, and local affiliates worldwide.\nAbout the role\nAs a Team Lead - Project Manager, you will play a critical leadership role within SILC, combining people leadership, project execution, and operational excellence. You will lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.\nYou will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, establish clear governance and accountability, and create visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes. Working in a highly matrixed global environment, you will align stakeholders, drive execution, and enable your team to deliver results that have a direct impact on launch excellence across Sanofi.\nThis position requires a strong leader who can inspire and develop talent, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent project management standards and ways of working across a portfolio of initiatives.\nMain responsibilities:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.\nOversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring clear priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.\nPartner with stakeholders across global teams to align objectives, facilitate decision-making, and drive project progress.\nEstablish and maintain project governance, reporting, and performance tracking to provide visibility on outcomes and priorities.\nSupport resource planning, workload balancing, and capability development across the team.\nDrive continuous improvement by implementing consistent project management practices and operational processes.\nPrepare and deliver updates, presentations, and insights for leadership and key stakeholders.\nAbout you\nExperience: Experience as a people manager with direct reports, leading team performance, development, and delivery in a complex, global matrix organization.\nStrong project management skills, with experience in planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.\n\nSoft and technical skills:Proven ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment, across cultures, functions and time zones.\nDemonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize autonomously, and to keep the overview without losing the detail.\nExcellent presentation and collaboration skills. Experience in pharma or life sciences, and exposure to product launches, is an advantage.\nProactive thinking and engaging presence, comfortable following up with and challenging senior stakeholders when a date is at risk.\nClear written and spoken communication, empathy, and the judgement to know what to escalate and what to solve.\nReliability, independence and strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay composed under pressure.\n\nEducation: College or university graduate.
