You will work closely with the Head of CZ, Tender Manager, and Institutional Key Account Managers, contributing directly to the team's day-to-day operational success.\nMain Responsibilities:\nAdministrative Support\nCoordinate and support internal and cross-functional meetings\nHandle administrative activities associated with the Trade Department's operations\nManage Trade correspondence efficiently and professionally\nTender Management Support\nAssist with tender administration and management processes\nSupport tender contract management activities\nAdminister and maintain the Tender Management tool\nOrder & System Management\nManage orders in the ordering system\nEnsure accurate and timely processing of trade-related transactions\nMeeting & Documentation Management\nPrepare and manage minutes from Trade & Revenue Committee meetings\nDocument and distribute minutes from team meetings\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCooperate with all GBUs (Global Business Units) and functions across the organization\nContribute to projects connected to Trade business priorities\nAbout You\nEducation: Currently enrolled in a Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field\n Languages: Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken)\nTechnical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\nSoft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and detail-oriented approach, ability to work both independently and as part of a team\nPursue Progress, Discover Extraordinary\nBetter is out there.
