both resorts and elevating the overall guest experience.\nThis role is based at the Athens Head Office, with regular travel to the Mykonos property from April to October, and to Arachova as required, ensuring hands-on support and alignment across all locations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement HR strategies that align with the resort’s goals and operational objectives\nLead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from employer branding initiatives and career fair representation to job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring the successful attraction and acquisition of top-tier talent\nDesign and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for all new hires, incorporating group inductions, property orientation, and coordination of departmental trainings to ensure a smooth, engaging, and fully integrated employee experience\nCoordinate seasonal employee logistics, including staff accommodation and transfer, uniforms, staff meals and other workforce support needs, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach\nMonitor attendance, timekeeping, and leave management, proactively identifying discrepancies and ensuring adherence to internal policies and labor regulations\nManage employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness, addressing conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary actions\nEnsure compliance with employment laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and labor legislation\nDrive initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and support the development of top talent\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field\nProven experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations, including hands-on management of attendance, timekeeping\nDemonstrated ability to manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary procedures\nFluency in Greek and English is required, additional languages are a plus\nIn-depth understanding of Greek labor laws, regulations, and HR compliance requirements\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and operational skills, with a hands-on approach to workforce management\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the
