Join our EMEA Quality Assurance (QA) team as an intern and help shape the future of our digital communication and collaboration platforms.\nIn this role, you will support the development and enhancement of the EMEA QA digital communication environment, including our SharePoint platform and related digital solutions. You will work on projects aimed at improving user experience, employee engagement, communication effectiveness, and the visibility of key quality initiatives across the EMEA organization.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital communications, UX design, SharePoint development, data visualization, and AI-enabled workplace solutions within an international healthcare environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs a QA Intern, you will contribute to a variety of digital transformation and communication initiatives, including:\nRedesigning and optimizing the EMEA QA SharePoint site structure, navigation, and overall user experience\nConducting user experience assessments, user journey mapping, and usability improvement activities\nCreating engaging digital content, visual communications, infographics, and communication materials\nSupporting Power BI integration and KPI/dashboard visualization initiatives\nContributing to digital Quality Management System (QMS) solutions and process improvements\nDeveloping communication materials that promote Quality Culture, Continuous Improvement, and strategic EMEA QA projects\nExploring and supporting AI-enabled communication and knowledge management solutions\nCollaborating with stakeholders across Quality Assurance, IT, Communications, and Operational Excellence functions\n Who You Are\nYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as:\nUser Experience (UX/UI) Design\nDigital Product Design\nCommunication & Multimedia Design\nHuman-Computer Interaction\nInformation Management\nDigital Marketing\nIndustrial or Product Design\nOr a related digital, communication, or technology-focused disciplin\nWe are looking for candidates who have an interest in digital workplace technologies and possess some of the following skills:\nKnowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365\nExperience with Power BI and data visualization\nUnderstanding of user research and usability testing methodologies\nBasic HTML/CSS knowledge\nStrong communication, content creation, and visual storytelling skills\nInterest in artificial intelligence and digital workplace innovation\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders\n Important Notes:\nTo be eligible for an internship, you must be registered as a student for the entire duration of the internship.
