We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and guest-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team and contribute to a seamless guest experience, from the first point of contact to the final farewell.\n\nBecause great hospitality begins with a warm welcome and lives on in every detail.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWelcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in and check-out experience.\n\nManage guest reservations, room assignments, and front office procedures accurately and efficiently.\n\nProvide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.\n\nHandle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.\n\nCoordinate closely with the Housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.\n\nManage telephone calls, emails, and other guest communications in a professional and timely manner.\n\nHandle payments, billing procedures, and cash transactions accurately, following established hotel policies.\n\nMaintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and service standards.\n\nContribute to a positive team environment and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality hospitality.\n\nRequirements\n\nPrevious experience in a Front Office or Reception position, preferably within a hotel environment.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service.\n\nGood command of English knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.\n\nProfessional attitude and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.\n\nFamiliarity with hotel reservation systems and front office software will be considered an advantage.\n\nA team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to meeting guests' needs.\n\nIf you believe that exceptional hospitality begins with making people feel welcome, comfortable, and valued, we would love to meet you.\n\nBe the first impression that makes a difference.
