It’s no easy task, but nothing rewarding ever is.\nWhat you'll do \nProvide technical leadership in the delivery of optimised mid-term maintenance schedules and support the efficient delivery of routine maintenance, strategic maintenance campaign schedules and planned maintenance shutdowns for Varanus Island.\nBased from our Brisbane office, you will contribute to delivering cost reduction efficiencies and value creation strategies. You will capture lessons learned and promote a culture of continuous improvement to deliver consistently safe and efficient maintenance schedules and work practices.\nKey responsibilities \nGenerate three-month forecast schedule views and align maintenance activity to production loss events \nDevelop, revise and publish mid-range maintenance draft forecasts \nIdentify and create work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance \nScreen and prioritise all new non-integrity work through Risk Based Work Selection meetings \nMaintain SAP capacity loading and ensure preventive maintenance tasks are pre-planned and prioritised in the CMMS \nPopulate scope tabs for MA workbooks during scope optimisation \nCreate scheduled non-campaign aligned corrective maintenance Priority 3/4/5 work orders as schedule gap fillers \nSupport coordination of all services, materials and logistics during the planning and scheduling phase \nDevelop campaign event schedules in collaboration with the Campaign Event Lead and Short Term Scheduler \nOwn the Mid Term Forecast Review meeting (monthly) and contribute to Scope Review, Backlog Review and PSV Review meetings \nWhat you'll bring \nExperience in mid-term maintenance scheduling in an oil and gas or resources environment \nProficiency in SAP, SharePoint and Prometheus \nStrong understanding of campaign and routine maintenance timelines and governance requirements \nAbility to develop and manage complex maintenance forecasts across a 36-week planning horizon \nEffective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across site and Brisbane-based teams \nCommitment to safety, continuous improvement and delivering efficient maintenance outcomes \n\nWhat you’ll get: \nHere, you’ll be amongst high-calibre people and get to work on industry-leading projects.
