Reporting to the Principal Program Manager, this pivotal role ensures equitable access to immunization services, manages partnerships with government and development stakeholders, and delivers measurable health outcomes aligned with Foundation objectives.\nKey accountabilities include:\nSupporting the respective Provincial Health Authorities (PHAs) with the planning, implementation and delivery of immunization programs across project locations\nDeveloping annual workplans, implementation schedules and budgets aligned with Foundation priorities\nManaging relationships with the National Department of Health (NDoH), PHAs and other implementing partners\nSupporting PHAs with coordination of immunization activities including routine and hard-to-reach (HTR) patrols\nMonitoring program performance and implementing corrective actions where required\nWorking with PHAs to ensure vaccine management, cold chain integrity and supply logistics meet national standards\nLeading program reporting including donor reports, Santos Foundation Board, Executive and Senior management updates and impact reporting\nIntegrating GEDSI, safeguarding and community engagement principles into all program activities\nSupporting monitoring, evaluation, learning and evidence generation to strengthen program effectiveness\nManaging program risks and ensuring compliance with Santos Foundation governance requirements\nLeading, mentoring and developing program staff and implementing partners\nIdentifying opportunities for sustainable health systems strengthening and innovation\nWhat you’ll bring:\nYou will be experienced in:\nManaging large-scale community health programs\nWorking closely with government agencies and health services providers - demonstrated experience working with NDoH and/or PHAs will be highly regarded\nManaging multi-disciplinary teams and implementing partners\nBudget development, financial management and reporting\nStakeholder engagement and partnership management\nIdeally, you will also have:\nExperience working with the Australian Government (DFAT), WHO, UNICEF, Gavi and/or other development partner-funded programs\nExperience in health program monitoring, evaluation and learning\nKnowledge of national immunization policies and health sector priorities.\nYour technical competencies will include immunization program planning and implementation, health systems strengthening, project/grant and program management, monitoring and evaluation, budget and financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management and compliance, leadership and team development, and strong written and verbal communication skills.\nEssential qualifications:\nDegree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Health Management or a related discipline\nDesired qualifications:\nPostgraduate qualification in Public Health, Health Administration, Epidemiology or a related field\nCertification in project or program management\nWillingness to be vaccinated or currently hold a recognised Vaccination Card.\nWhat you’ll get: \nHere, you’ll be amongst high-calibre people and get to work on industry-leading projects.
