It’s no easy task, but nothing rewarding ever is.\nWhat you’ll do: \nBased in Brisbane within our Midstream and Energy Solutions (M&ES) Business Unit, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of fit-for-purpose, sustainable, and industry-leading Project Data processes and systems, with a focus on productivity improvement and cost optimisation.\nKey accountabilities include: \nSupporting and enabling projects to deliver compliant Project Data implementations, including Maintenance (e.g., SAP master data) and Engineering (e.g., MyPlant data) \nEnabling projects to deliver maintenance builds that are ready from 'Day 1' - linking Reliability & Maintenance objectives with project delivery \nSupporting, stewarding, and assuring the handover of Project Data from Projects to Operations in accordance with Operational Readiness processes \nManaging technical queries and data issues associated with Data Management within the region \nProviding quality assurance leadership for Maintenance and Engineering Data implementations in accordance with business requirements and rules \nLeading the operationalisation of standards and processes for Project Data management within the region, and supporting others to embed these ways of working through the asset lifecycle \nDeveloping and supporting fit-for-purpose Project Data resourcing solutions to support data builds, driving quality, consistency, and business value \nLeading the operationalisation and continuous improvement of Project Data management solutions (e.g., Omega PIMS) and digitised design solutions within projects (e.g., Hexagon Design Tools) \nUndertaking Project Data build quality assurance reviews and audits \nManaging contractor activities including auditing and governance \nWhat you’ll bring: \nThis is a specialist role that requires strong technical data management experience within a project environment.\nYou will bring:\nSolid industry experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Information Management, gained within Operations, Engineering, and/or Projects \nDemonstrated experience managing data and deliverables across the asset lifecycle - from project execution through to operational handover \nA strong understanding of how project data supports Reliability & Maintenance outcomes and operational readiness \nExperience leading or contributing to data standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within a project context \nProven ability to manage contractor performance, including auditing and governance activities \nExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse project, engineering, and operations teams \nRelevant Trade, Project, or Master Data Management qualifications \nExperience with the SmartPlant suite, Omega PIMS, Hexagon Design Tools, and/or SAP (EAM) will be highly regarded \nA degree in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering, Design, IT) is desirable \nWhat you’ll get: \nHere, you’ll be amongst high-calibre people and get to work on industry-leading projects.
