The candidate must also be comfortable driving a manual-transmission bus.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPresent products to prospective customers, explain their features and benefits, and address customer enquiries.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets and distribution channels.\nLeverage an established network of contacts to generate sales leads and expand the customer base.\nEnsure the vehicle is operated safely and responsibly and report any maintenance issues promptly.\nGather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to management to support business decisions.\nPrepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.\nNegotiate sales terms and pricing within approved company guidelines.\nDevelop and implement sales strategies to improve product visibility, market penetration, and revenue generation.\nDrive the organization’s manual-transmission bus when required for product distribution, customer visits, and other approved business activities.\nMonitor sales performance against assigned targets and develop strategies to improve results.\nEnsure proper handling, accountability, and documentation of products entrusted to the sales team.\nPromote, market, and distribute the organization’s products to prospective and existing customers.\nConduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.\nHandle customer complaints professionally and work towards timely resolution.\nCoordinate product distribution and deliveries to ensure orders reach customers promptly.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other potential business partners.\nIdentify opportunities to establish new distribution channels and strengthen existing ones.\nRepresent the organization professionally and uphold its standards in all customer and business interactions.\nFollow up on leads, quotations, customer enquiries, and pending orders to convert prospects into sales.\nMaintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer details, orders, and market activities.\n\nRequirements\n\nHonesty, accountability, professionalism, and a strong customer-service orientation.\nStrong knowledge of sales techniques, market development, and customer relationship management.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision.\nGood understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement strategies.\n2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, product distribution, or a related field.\nAn established network of contacts among retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or other relevant customer groups.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to generate leads, acquire customers, build distribution networks, and achieve sales targets.\nA valid driver’s license and proven ability to drive a manual-transmission bus confidently and safely.\nGood numerical and record-keeping skills, with the ability to prepare accurate sales reports.\nDemonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into paying customers.\nStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.\nProficiency in using smartphones, email, spreadsheets, and other basic digital tools for sales tracking and communication.\nWillingness to travel locally when required to meet customers, distribute products, and develop new markets.\nFamiliarity with Abuja and its surrounding areas, including relevant commercial routes and markets, is an advantage.\n\nRemuneration\n\nFrom N300,000 monthly.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested and qualified candidates should send an updated copy of their CV to:  using the job title as the subject of the email ( E.g.: Sales/Marketing Rep).\n\nApplication Instructions\n\nPlease read carefully\n\nIn the body of your email, respond to these questions;\n\nWhere do you currently reside?
