manage POS, SmartPOS, SoftPOS and QR device deployment; monitor agent liquidity and network performance with Finance and banks.\n\n• Payments, settlement and reconciliation: Oversee daily payments, reversals, refunds and chargebacks; ensure timely settlement to partners; own daily reconciliation of transaction, trust and float accounts and resolution of breaks.\n\n• Customer operations: Resolve complaints, disputes, fraud and vulnerable-customer cases within regulatory and internal timelines; address root causes with Product Support, IT and Global teams.\n\n• Partner and SLA management: Manage day-to-day relationships with banks, MNOs, switches, processors and vendors; track SLAs, escalate breaches and coordinate incident resolution.\n\n• Controls, compliance and improvement: Implement Global SOPs; maintain segregation of duties and maker-checker controls; ensure KYC/KYB meet AMLRO standards, float and trust accounts are reconciled daily, incidents are reported on time and audit evidence is retained; drive process improvement.\n\n• Leadership and administration: Lead, coach and develop the team; manage performance and succession; support recruitment with HR; oversee administration, facilities, procurement support and local IT assets.\n\nQualification Required & Experience\n\n•Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, IT or a related field (equivalent education and experience considered); 7+ years' progressive operations experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role; proven management of onboarding, payments, settlement, reconciliation or customer operations at scale; experience implementing SOPs and controls and managing partner SLAs.\n\n•Preferred: Postgraduate qualification;
