To support our premium customers through their SuccessFactors HCM transformation journey, we are seeking seasoned HCM Payroll experts to deliver seamless and successful service outcomes while safeguarding critical projects. As this role will focus on French Public Sector customers and requires security clearances, French Citizenship is required.
What You Bring:
- Proven project experience of implementing SAP Payroll On Premise and/or EC in a role of Lead Consultant and/or Architect.
- Verified project-level experience in implementing French payroll of SAP including DSN.
- Demonstrated success as an Architect in SuccessFactors HCM transformation projects
- Proficiency with SAP HCM Time positive and negative. Knowledge of EC Time Off or Time Tracking is a plus
These experiences are also valuable:
- Additional experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central & Payroll modules
- S/4HANA migration
- Strong customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills (oral/written)
- Fluent in written and spoken English & French
What You'll Build:
- Opportunities to collaborate closely with major global customers, with focus on French Customers
- Be part of our Global Delivery Hub teams delivering projects across EMEA
- Lead AI Discovery, Strategy, and Innovation workshops specific to SuccessFactors Human Capital Management
- Drive AI/Innovation Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase new HR AI capabilities
- Lead complex SAP transformation programs as Solution Architect or Payroll Expert for dedicated services or entire implementation projects
- Utilize SAP Integrated Toolchain (e.g., Signavio, LeanIX, Walkme, BTP) for project execution
- Manage critical customer situations to ensure go-live production and resolve issues efficiently
- Act as Architect to ensure quality assurance for key design decision reviews and support during design and build phases
- Validate and build customer application architectures
- Align internally with SAP product teams on product roadmaps to ensure successful customer implementation/upgrades
- Advise customers on best practices and optimal approaches for SAP product implementation
- Mentor team members and conduct training sessions
- Support sales in positioning new service portfolio
