You will own projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with local legislation while delivering a seamless employee experience. Partnering closely with Benefits Design, Legal/Tax, HR, Finance, and external vendors, you will ensure Total Rewards programs are scalable, consistent, and operationally sound. This can include program social partners related tasks, implementation, communication, administration, execution of existing processes in Total Reward.\nWhat you´ll build\nLead structured, high-impact Total Rewards projects, translating policy into practical, compliant, and scalable solutions.
