For more information, please visit: www.deloscloud.de\nThe Role:\nAs Information Security Manager (f/m/d), you are part of the Delos Cloud Information Security Management System (ISMS) team within our IT Security organization. As functional expert you are part of our ISMS team who is responsible for defining and implementing organizational measures that help us protect our cloud platform from the various threats in this environment. For this purpose, you will also work with the regulatory authorities responsible for us. Furthermore, you act as an interface to GRC, technical IT security and all other departments.\nAt our company, security is part of our core brand, not just a cost center. With your experience, you will protect Germany's only sovereign Azure Cloud and make a valuable contribution to the digitization of our country.\nIf you want to use your expertise to join a competent team in analyzing a multifaceted attack surface and safeguarding it against a wide spectrum of advanced threats, apply to join us.\nWhat you’ll do:\nImplementation, maintenance, and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001, IT-Grundschutz and BSI C5 in the context of our security, certification and compliance strategy\nEnsuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements\nCreating and monitoring information security policies and procedures\nIdentification and assessment of security risks and supporting the departments in implementing measures\nPreparing for internal and external audits\nCreating documentation to evidence controls within the ISMS\nCollaborate with Delos Cloud subject matter experts to identify and implement security measures\nCollaboration with external stakeholders e.g. from the state or federal states, Microsoft or SAP to strengthen Delos Clouds security and compliance posture\nPreparation and submission of reports and notifications to senior management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders\n\nWhat you bring:\nSeveral years of related professional experience in the field of information security, ideally in a similar position\nExperience with common information security standards, esp.
