This internship offers meaningful exposure to strategic business operations and innovation-driven growth initiatives.\nLocation: Barcelona, Spain\nExpected Start Date: As soon as possible\nDuration: minimum 6 months\nWhat You'll Do\nGather, analyze, and prepare data insights to support strategic decision-making.\nSupport forecasting, pipeline management, and execution programs.\nCreate internal communication assets and partner-facing materials.\nWork with SAP data analytics tools to track and interpret business KPIs.\nAssist in preparation and execution of partner events.\nExplore opportunities to improve operational processes using AI-enabled tools.\nContinuously learn, understand business models, and contribute innovative ideas.\nWho You Are\nCurrently pursuing a Master´s degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, AI, or related field or Master’s degree in Business Administration.\nAvailable for a minimum 6-month internship and able to work from the Barcelona Digital Hub.\nStrong interest in AI-driven innovation, including hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools, vibe coding approaches, and Agentic AI concepts (e.g. AI agents, automation workflows, prompt engineering).\nStrong analytical mindset and curiosity about business and emerging technologies.\nGood knowledge of MS Office (experience with BI systems is a plus).\nFluent in English (written and spoken).
