All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer.\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nSAPNS2 is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to fill the role of a functional application architect in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate works well with a team and has the desire and aptitude to learn new software, cloud applications and information technology concepts. This role is part of a broader team implementing and maintaining SAP enterprise software solutions. As a functional consultant you will work closely with customer end users and developers to translate current processes into requirements for configuration and development of new functionality\nWork with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new software applications\nCollaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance\nServe as a liaison between technical team and the stakeholders\nDesigning and developing new functions or improving existing ones\nGather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience.\nInterface with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities\nCreate documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files.\nPerform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure that they meet stated requirements.\nProvide technical support to end users and helping them troubleshoot issues with software applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2-5years, working as part of a team as a consultant; to Intel customers a plus \nPrior experience with enterprise software or cloud applications, e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, or Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems), or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nNote: The job description is meant to be a guideline.
