We offer SAP solutions with specialized levels of security and support to meet the requirements of U.S. national security and critical infrastructure customers.\nThis position requires access to customer data.\nMust be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role.\nAllinternalsmust have manager’s approval to transfer.\nPosition Overview\nThe Senior Program Manager, Technology Strategy and Enablement will support the strategic alignment, governance, and enablement of SAP NS2’s S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS initiatives under a unified operating model. This role will help coordinate technology vision, roadmap execution, internal IT enablement, and enterprise AI adoption to ensure NS2’s platforms and services meet customer, mission, and U.S. security requirements.\nThis position reports to a senior leader within the Office of the CTO and will act as a key program coordinator and enabler, helping ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business priorities, SAP global direction, and internal IT transformation efforts.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnology Strategy & Enablement\nSupport the communication of NS2’s technology strategy across S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and internal IT systems.\nAssist with internal IT business enablement efforts, including modernizing core platforms, improving business processes, and supporting automation initiatives.\nHelp coordinate enterprise AI adoption activities, enabling customer-facing platforms and internal operations to leverage AI/ML for improved productivity and decision support.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of technology enablement playbooks and roadmaps that incorporate cybersecurity, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud delivery best practices.\nHelp track and ensure that technology initiatives adhere to federal security, accreditation, and mission assurance requirements, working closely with security and compliance teams.\nStrategic Program Support\nSupport multi-product and cross-business strategic initiatives, helping ensure alignment with NS2’s growth objectives and customer requirements.\nAssist with the tracking of budgets, investments, and resource allocations for technology transformation programs; prepare reports and updates for leadership.\nHelp maintain governance frameworks, including defining and tracking outcomes, KPIs, and return on technology investments.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to align NS2 initiatives with SAP global strategy (e.g., RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and AI-enabled PaaS innovation).\nStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration\nPartner with senior leaders, IT teams, and customer-facing teams to collect requirements, share updates, and support decision-making.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, operations, and business units, including organizing meetings, workshops, and steering forums.\nPrepare materials for executive strategy forums, steering committees, and AI adoption working groups, including presentations, status reports, and decision logs.\nQualifications\n5-8 years of experience in technology program management, IT transformation, or enterprise SaaS/cloud delivery (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\nExperience supporting programs related to S/4HANA, SaaS, PaaS, or other enterprise cloud platforms; familiarity with secure or regulated delivery models is a plus.\nExposure to AI/ML initiatives, either in product/platform delivery or internal IT/process modernization, preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive tasks to completion in a structured, organized manner.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.\nCore Competencies\nTechnology Program & Project Management\nTechnology Strategy & Roadmap Support\nInternal IT Modernization & Business Process Enablement\nEnterprise SaaS / Cloud (S/4HANA, SaaS, PaaS) Familiarity\nFederal Cybersecurity & Compliance Awareness (growth mindset/ability to learn)\nGovernance, Metrics, and KPI Tracking\nStakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nContinuous Improvement, Learning, and Professional Development\nBring out your best\nSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
