As a (Senior) Consultant (f/m/d), you will lead the implementation of intelligent SAP Procurement solutions, primarily integrated with SAP ERP landscapes.\nYou will:\nAdvise customers on intelligent, end-to-end cloud procurement solutions, including SAP ERP, SAP Ariba (Next Gen), SAP Fieldglass, and integrations with non-SAP systems\nEmbed AI-driven capabilities (e.g., guided buying, predictive analytics, automation) into procurement processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making\nLeverage SAP AI services to design innovative, user-centric, and context-aware procurement experiences\nLead the Procurement Technology workstream, ensuring successful, on-time delivery of complex transformation programs\nRecommend innovative and flexible solution approaches that accelerate deployment and maximize business value through AI and automation\nFacilitate customer workshops to gather, define, and document business, technical, and AI-driven requirements\nManage multiple projects across programs, collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders\nDrive architecture and solution design discussions, including AI integration and extensibility via SAP BTP\nOversee testing cycles, including validation of AI-driven scenarios, from implementation through deployment\nLead and influence project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful outcomes\nManage escalations, provide expert consulting support, and contribute to pre-sales, including AI-led solutioning and value articulation\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor’s degree required\nSolid professional experience, including experience in IT consulting (SAP development or consulting preferred)\nGood experience with SAP ERP / S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, and AI capabilities within SAP ecosystem (e.g., Joule, embedded AI, automation tools)\nHands-on or conceptual experience with Joule Studio and AI-driven application design is highly desirable\nSolid understanding of operational and strategic procurement processes, with exposure to intelligent/automated procurement\nProven expertise in SAP Procurement Cloud solutions and delivery methodologies\nExperience leading workshops, including AI use-case identification and value discovery sessions\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills\nExperience leading global/virtual teams across regions\nAbility to make decisions independently within project scope and responsibility\nKnowledge of SAP Activate methodology and supply chain domain is a plus\nFluent in English; German is an advantage\nWillingness to travel (30-40%) across MEE and EMEA\nABOUT THE TEAM\nThe COO Office MEE EMEA team focuses on organizational excellence, process optimization, and AI-driven transformation across the region.\nThe Finance and Spend Delivery Team delivers next-generation, intelligent procurement solutions, including SAP Ariba (Operational & Strategic Procurement, Invoicing, Network), SAP Fieldglass, and Materials Management.
