Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

• Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und bist für kleinere Eventprojekte verantwortlich
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Webcasts
• Du bewirbst die von uns gesponserten Veranstaltungen und die von uns organisierten Webcasts auf internen und externen Kommunikationskanälen
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Online- und Offline-Kampagnen in der MEE-Region
• Du bereitest Social Media Aktivitäten vor
• Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit den Kunden und Partnern, einschließlich der Terminkoordination
• Du organisierst und unterstützt die Produktion von Werbematerialien
• Du suchst nach Lead-generierenden Aktivitäten und Marketing-Agenturen, mit denen wir Kampagnen initiieren können
• Du unterstützt die Erstellung von Omnichannel-Marketingkampagnen
• Als Werkstudent unterstützt Du uns 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder einer Fachhochschule
• Bevorzugte Studienfächer: Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing, Kommunikation oder ähnliches
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Du siehst Deine Stärken in der Projektkoordination
• Du bist ein aufgeschlossener Mensch und kannst Dir vorstellen, in einem internationalen Team zu arbeiten
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern oder Lieferanten
• Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen im B2B-Umfeld gesammelt
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit HubSpot ist von Vorteil
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
• Die Position ist offen für alle Bewerber mit Sitz in Deutschland

Als Team sind wir für die Erstellung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie innerhalb unserer Regionen verantwortlich.
