You will work alongside experienced Technical Services Managers, contributing to real customer engagements and cloud transformation projects while developing deep expertise in SAP cloud technologies, infrastructure, and service delivery.\nThis is your opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals, build a strong technical foundation, and accelerate your career in the fast-growing world of SAP Global Cloud Operation.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport Technical Services Managers in their day-to-day activities, customer engagements, and internal projects.\nAssist in the preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and customer-facing materials.\nResearch SAP technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and best practices to support ongoing customer work.\nTrack action items, project milestones, and deliverables across customer accounts.\nContribute to the analysis of SAP landscapes, system configurations, and technical assessments.\nHelp maintain and improve internal knowledge assets, templates, and process documentation.\nGain exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, cloud infrastructure, and the RISE with SAP journey.\nWhat you bring\nCurrently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences\nReferred fields of study: Computer Science or a related technical field\nSoft skills: Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities; strong team player with the ability to work independently\nAI & productivity tools: Familiarity with AI tools and assistants (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and a curiosity about leveraging AI-powered workflows in daily tasks; experience with AI agents is a plus.\nTechnical interest: Curiosity about SAP technologies, cloud computing, and enterprise IT architectures first experience or academic exposure to SAP, cloud platforms, or IT infrastructure is a plus.\nLanguage skills: Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).\nLocation: Working from St. Leon Rot office is required 1x per week\nWhere you belong\nSAP Global Cloud Operation is a key enabler of the RISE with SAP journey.
