MongoDB, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and microservices, along with proven experience leading engineering teams.\nExperience Required\n8+ years of overall software engineering experience\nAt least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Delivery Lead role\nExperience managing teams of 10+ members\nStrong experience in full-stack application development and technical leadership\nKey Responsibilities\nLead technical design, architecture reviews, and engineering governance across multiple projects.\nProvide technical oversight for React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.\nManage multiple project streams, delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.\nDrive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, estimation, tracking, and release management.\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.\nMentor development teams and support technical and professional growth.\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders, business users, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership.\nSupport hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development.\nEnsure successful delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget expectations.\nAI & Automation\nDrive the strategic adoption of AI and automation technologies across engineering teams.\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency through AI and automation.\nHelp reduce development effort and time-to-market through effective adoption of emerging technologies.\nTechnical Requirements\nFrontend Technologies\nStrong hands-on experience with React.js\nJavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript\nModern JavaScript frameworks and state management libraries\nExperience building responsive and performance-optimized web applications\nBackend Technologies\nStrong experience with Node.js\nExpress.js and/or NestJS\nREST APIs and GraphQL\nMicroservices architecture\nAPI integrations and enterprise application development\nDatabases\nExperience with one or more of:\nMongoDB\nPostgreSQL\nMySQL\nMS-SQL\nCloud & DevOps\nDocker\nCI/CD pipelines\nAWS and/or Azure\nMonitoring and observability tools\nLeadership &
