Go to to find out more. \n\nCome and join us now! \n\nPURPOSE\nFind the problem worth solving, turn it into a live buildable backlog, redesign the process around AI and make sure the value lands.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nRun continuous direct discovery with process owners and front-line users; discovery is delivery work.\n\nIdentify the real broken process and express the value hypothesis in terms a P&L owner recognises.\n\nConvert discovery into a live, prioritised backlog the AI-FDE can build against immediately.\n\nOwn process redesign and adoption: the change counts only when customer people use the new process.\n\nHold scope to the measurable business outcome through MVE build, validation and production.\n\nPresent results and next priorities from front line to executive sponsor; feed patterns to the catalogue and R&D.\n\nPartners one-to-one with the AI-FDE. Not the BVDE (account-level value) or PDE (programme and commercial).
