you'll be doing\nInterpret customer requests and translate them into functional requirements (recognize the distinction between user requests from the underlying true needs)\nDocumentation of business that meet standards of quality, timeliness, and acceptability with minimal supervision.\nLiaise with the product to ensure new customer driven feature requirements are captured.\nBecome our customer’s trusted technical partner, regularly review their deployment to ensure successful leverage our full product and service portfolio.\nWork closely with the Sapio Sciences US team to establish scalable processes and working methods.\nMeticulously manage all BA related deployment services documentation\nAs needed, assist in testing sprint deliverables to ensure they meet requirements.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience with LIMS or ELN software\nLife Sciences experience working within a Lab (preferably introducing new IT solutions)\nA BS/BA degree or equivalent in Life Science (e.g. molecular biology, chemistry)\nQualified in lean Six Sigma\nWorking knowledge and experience with JIRA and Confluence\nSubstantial experience of effectively managing external stakeholders including strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships at all levels.\nExperience leading external client workshops, documenting business needs and outcomes.\nProven organizational skills, with the ability to deliver agreed workload within deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong analytical, problem solving, interviewing, data analysis and fact-finding skills.\nExcellent listening and presentation
