You will join a rapidly growing team that builds on our recent customer wins, becoming part of an ever-growing global team with the opportunity to help shape our Customer Success organisation. Your knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and SDMS products, and their application within a laboratory setting, will be central to how you deliver our solutions to the delight of our customers - or, if you are new to these products, you should be comfortable learning the processes around this software quickly.\nYou will prime Sapio deployments and major enhancement projects, owning their success from kick-off through to go-live, and following Sapio's agile deployment methodology to keep customers closely engaged throughout. You will work closely with the Head of Programs and the wider global PM team to secure the right resourcing for each engagement and to establish scalable processes and ways of working across the Customer Success PM organisation.\nThis is a great opportunity for a self-starting Project Manager who thrives on ownership, is comfortable managing multiple engagements simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering solutions to the delight of our customers.\nEssential Responsibilities\nPrime Sapio Sciences deployments and major enhancement projects.\n\nOwn the success of deployments from project kick-off to go-live.\n\nManage multiple projects whilst coordinating the team to keep them on track.\n\nAdvise the customer on Sapio Sciences best practice, ensuring the deployment is best placed to succeed.\n\nFollow Sapio Sciences' agile deployment methodology wherever possible, ensuring regular customer communication touch points are in place.\n\nDevelop detailed project plans to guide the customer and internal teams through the engagement, ensuring time, budget, quality, and success criteria are met for each project.\n\nRegularly evaluate progress vs. plan, raising issues in a timely fashion to ensure corrective action plans are quickly put in place.\n\nWork to ensure that all Sapio teams are well briefed prior to any deployment and maintain a highly professional customer engagement.\n\nWork closely with the Head of Programs to ensure appropriate internal resource allocation is achieved across projects.\n\nDocument customer feedback and ensure issues are addressed to provide the best customer experience and ultimate success of the project.\n\nWork closely with the Sapio Sciences global PM team to establish scalable processes and methods of working across the Customer Success PM organisation, including supporting IT tools.\n\nMeticulously manage all PM-related deployment services documentation.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nProven experience as a Project Manager\n\nExperience within Life Sciences, ideally working in a LIMS or ELN software environment\n\nSubstantial experience managing internal and external stakeholders to meet project success, including planning and leading external client workshops and documenting project plans\n\nBS/BA degree or equivalent in a Life Science (e.g., molecular biology, chemistry) preferred\n\nRequired Skills office\n\nAbility to travel to client sites within Europe\n\nAgile Project Management certified or demonstrable experience
