phong thái tự tin, thân thiện;\nTinh thần trách nhiệm cao, khả năng chủ động và tư duy dịch vụ tốt;\nBiết sử dụng các công cụ văn phòng (Google Workspace, Excel cơ bản...); ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm dùng CRM là lợi thế.\nĐãi ngộ\nMức thu nhập: 9,500,000 - 11,500,000 VND/ tháng (dựa trên kinh nghiệm và hiệu suất công việc)\nĐược tham gia vào việc vận hành và cải tiến quy trình dịch vụ khách hàng chuyên sâu, bài bản;\nĐược nâng cao các kỹ năng về dịch vụ, kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, kỹ năng nắm bắt tâm lý khách hàng.\nTham gia các khóa đào tạo trong và ngoài công ty nhằm nâng cao khả năng chuyên môn cũng nhưcải thiện các kỹ năng mềm như: Service mindset, Tư duy cảm xúc,…;\n\nSử dụng các phần mềm hiện đại giúp rút ngắn các công việc admin và giấy tờ, từ đó tập trungphát triển chuyên môn;\n\nHưởng các chế độ BHXH, phúc lợi theo quy định của nhà nước, lương tháng 13;\nĐược hưởng các chế độ phúc lợi: thưởng sinh nhật, quà 8/3, 1/6, Trung thu;\nMôi trường giáo dục đề cao tính nhân văn, 90% nhân sự là GenZ rất trẻ trung, năng động;\nCông ty thường xuyên tổ chức team building hàng năm, du lịch 2 lần/ năm;\nĐược đóng BHXH đầy đủ theo quy định của nhà nước.\nThời gian làm việc\n5 ngày/tuần (nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt);
