We are seeking unique people who believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive and safe environment.\nWe’re on the lookout for a Senior Outside Operator to operate the Cooking or Bleach plant processes and coordinate the Cooking or Bleach Plant activities on shift basis as efficiently as possible, ensuring effective performance of all aspects of the operating units.\nAs a Senior Outside Operator, you will be responsible for:\nPlant Operations and Process Control: Monitor and control outside operating parameters, conduct pre-start-up inspections, and perform equipment start-ups and shutdowns in accordance with established procedures to ensure optimal and sustainable plant performance.\nEquipment Inspections and Reliability: Conduct routine equipment inspections and plant walkabouts using prescribed checklists to identify defects, abnormal conditions, and potential failures, ensuring corrective actions are initiated to maintain equipment reliability and minimise downtime.\n Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ): Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and managing risks, complying with legal requirements, safety best practices, procedures, and Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) practices, and promptly reporting all incidents, injuries, and fires.\nEquipment Isolation and Shutdown Management: Perform equipment isolations as required and in accordance with approved safety procedures.
