The role involves human-centered design, interface development, usability analysis, 3D modeling, testing, validation, and ensuring cockpit systems meet human factors, ergonomic, and certification requirements for aircraft programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform Human-Centered Design (HCD) activities for Flight Deck and HMI. \nDevelop and evaluate cockpit interface designs using 3D modeling, simulation, analysis, and rig testing. \nDefine interface specifications and support product evaluation. \nConduct usability assessments, validation, and verification of flight deck interfaces. \nSupport new aircraft development, cockpit modifications, and sustaining programs. \nCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams. \nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Design, or Ergonomics. \nExperience with Human Factors/Ergonomics principles. \nHands-on experience with 3D modeling tools (e.g., CATIA, NX, Jack, Rhinoceros). \nKnowledge of aircraft systems (Mechanical Systems, Avionics, Flight Controls, Propulsion) and aerospace regulations. \nStrong communication skills;
