engineers\nRequired Education, Experience & Skills:\n· Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)\n· Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink\n· Experience with airborne actuators\n· Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)\n· High-speed digital circuit card design experience\n· Experience in design, integration, and testing of complex electronic systems\n· Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and problem-solving\nPreferred Skills:\n· Industrial temperature digital circuit card design\n· FPGA-based circuit card design\n· Experience with embedded processors, PCIe, Ethernet, 1553, SERDES, Fiber Optic, DDR3/DDR4\n· Experience with CAD tools (Mentor/Siemens Xpedition)\n· Pre- and post-layout simulation using HyperLynx\n· Ability to guide layout and routing rules\n· Strong technical communication and documentation skills\n· Proven ability to meet challenging design requirements\n· Leadership qualities and ability to work in a team environment\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n· Ability to own tasks and drive them to completion\n· Experience presenting technical information to
