You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program leadership to support better decision-making and stronger execution across the operation.\nResponsibilities\nLead structured root cause analyses of delivery performance drivers using existing data sources and cross-functional working sessions.\nInvestigate manufacturing process and quality system failures to identify systemic causes of delivery delays.\nDevelop and maintain a prioritization framework aligned with SIOP and operational planning cycles.\nLead working sessions and operational reviews to drive action-plan execution and monitor progress.\nCoordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to validate root causes and assess corrective-action feasibility.\nMaintain the root cause register, ensuring each cause has a named owner, committed action, and measurable outcome.\nSupport the Program Lead by escalating blockers requiring senior customer authority.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nEligible to work in Canada.\n6+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering\nCertified Six Sigma Green Belt minimum - Black Belt preferred\nProficient in Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto analysis and hypothesis testing applied in a manufacturing context\nDirect experience facilitating cross functional root cause working sessions with engineering and operations participants\nWorking knowledge of SAP MRP -
