prepare and deliver SQA presentations and formal status reports.\nConduct process audits and provide quality oversight for supplier artifacts, activities, and compliance.\nWitness and monitor testing procedures and results to ensure the delivered product meets established quality, reliability, and program requirements.\nCollaborate closely with systems engineering, software development, test teams, and project management.\nMentor engineering personnel regarding quality processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.\nEnsure consistent adherence to Bell and Textron development processes, guidelines, and quality requirements.\nRapidly gain proficiency in the MV 75 software quality audit process and associated workflows.\nWork independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team environment.\nQualifications\nB.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.\n7+ years of experience in software, systems, or quality engineering.\nExtensive, hands-on experience with DO 178C and its supplements (required).\nAdditional experience with DO 254 is highly desirable.\nStrong understanding of RTCA DO 330 - Software Tool Qualification Considerations and related SQA responsibilities.\nDemonstrated background in process and product auditing.\nPractical experience supporting embedded aviation software development across all lifecycle phases.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills;
