Candidates will be responsible for ensuring machine operators in multiple areas receive their breaks timely. The candidate will learn multiple positions in the production department.\nHow You Will Make Contributions That Matter...\nMust learn to operate multiple machines and positions within the production area.\nProvide breaks to other operators within the production area, such as the DMC, RMC, Cheesemaker and VAT Helper).\nAbility to follow standard operating procedures in detail without deviation.\nMust be able to troubleshoot equipment shortfalls/failures, and repair tasks that may not require Maintenance Department.\nUnderstand and perform CIP on all equipment and clean up as needed.\nCheck acids and PH levels\nThe ability to work effectively under pressure is critical to this position.\nDemonstrate the ability to multi-task and be productive in high pressure, fast paced situations.\nNeatly accurately and legibly maintain all records and documentation.\nMonitor machine and product temperatures to ensure product is at the correct temperature.\nPull product samples from machine and provide to the lab.\nFollow all established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).\nResponsible for maintaining food safety and quality.\nOther duties as assigned.\nYou Are Best Suited For The Role If You ….\nPrevious production machine operating work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing industry preferred but not required.\nMust possess a strong work character and have the ability to work in a team environment.\nMust possess a strong work ethic and passion for the job.\nAbility to multi-task and follow instructions.\nMust be self-motivated and self-directed to support complex operations.\nCritical thinking and ability to analyze data and situations is a must.
