Backed by Saputo Dairy Australia, we support farming customers across dairy, livestock, cropping, and lifestyle sectors with trusted advice and quality products.\nAG Warehouse is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Officer to join our team.\nIn this role, you will manage credit risk and collections across an assigned debtor portfolio. You will work closely with customers, store managers and internal sales teams to support timely payments, resolve account queries and achieve positive commercial outcomes.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with experience in credit or accounts receivable who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of their work.\nKey responsibilities\nManage collections and follow up outstanding customer payments\nMonitor debtor accounts and ensure compliance with agreed credit terms\nProcess and allocate incoming payments accurately\nConduct credit risk assessments for new and existing customers\nResolve account queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner\nBuild strong relationships with customers, store managers and sales teams\nSupport collection targets through proactive customer contact\nPrepare reports and analysis relating to debtor performance and bad debts\nApply credit policies and escalate higher-risk matters when required\n\nYou will bring:\nExperience in credit, accounts receivable or a related accounting role\nStrong communication and negotiation skills\nConfidence managing customer conversations and payment follow-ups\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy\nThe ability to work independently and manage competing priorities\nExperience using credit management systems and Microsoft Excel\nA collaborative, customer-focused approach\nWhy join us?\nThis role gives you the opportunity to manage a varied customer portfolio while working closely with teams across AG Warehouse.
